The devlog/1 record of this repository — grouped by day, newest first, each line one commit linked to its diff on GitHub. None of it is written here: it renders devlog.fragment.json, derived automatically from commit history by vendor-shiplog.mjs emit, the same record DEVLOG.md carries — so the page and the served fragment cannot disagree.

The hash beside each commit is that entry's own leaf on flashynetwork.com's transparency log, computed from the fields shown here and never fetched. An entry from the last few commits may not be folded yet; the explorer says so. This is a separate page from the hand-curated changelog — real, dated prose a person wrote — and neither is generated from the other.
